“Tsuut'ina” is interpreted by the Elders to mean “many people” or “beaver people”. Formerly known as the Sarcee (Sarsi), the Tsuut’ina Nation prides itself to be connected to the Dene Nation through its language (Athabaskan), culture, customs and territory.
