Gather your colleagues and friends for a Christmas cocktail upon arrival, a delicious holiday dinner and a night on the dance floor.

An Evening to Celebrate

Enjoy live entertainment by Side One, a live DJ playing your favourite tracks, festive holiday décor and a photobooth to capture the evening’s memories.

• 5:30 PM: Doors open
• 7:00 PM: Dinner

• Midnight: Event concludes

Booking & Tickets

Reserve your company or group celebration through the Grey Eagle Sales Team at sales@greyeagle.ca.

Companies and groups will be seated together based on their booking. Physical tickets will be printed for the company or group organizer and delivered one week before the event. Pick-up from Grey Eagle is also available. Table numbers will be assigned and provided one week before the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are eligible for a full refund up to 60 days before the event. The cancellation deadline is October 20, 2026.

After October 20, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest after the cancellation deadline. Please contact the Sales Team to arrange ticket changes.

Important Guest Information

18+ event: All guests must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required.

Dietary requirements: Please advise the Sales Team of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary requirements.

Alcohol service: Alcohol service is subject to applicable laws and Grey Eagle Resort & Casino policies. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
