No action is required by ticketholders to obtain a refund. It will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note, if the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the person who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. If you purchased your tickets from the Event Centre Box Office, please come during Box Office hours to redeem your refund.
