Google Chromecast

To connect to Google Chromecast, follow the below instructions:

1. Connect to the hotel Wi-Fi “GERC”.

2. Turn on the TV.

3. On your mobile device, open a Google Cast compatible application, such as Netflix.

4. Choose your content, look for the casting icon in your application and select it. Choose your room number, and your program should begin momentarily.

5. If not, manually switch inputs using the TV remove control until you see your content.

For your comfort we have a pedestrian walkway that is located in our main lobby to take you to the Casino without having to go outdoors. The Casino at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino is open 24 hours.

 

Event Centre

The Event Centre at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino features live concerts and events weekly. Click here for a full schedule of events. The Box Office is open Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Sunday: 10:00 AM –  2:00 PM and 3 hours before show time on show days.

 

Fitness Centre

The Fitness Centre is located on the main level of the hotel and is open to guests 24 hours a day. Equipment includes: treadmill, stepper, free weights, and mats for stretching. Towels, TVs, telephone, and a water cooler are provided for your comfort. Your guest key card will unlock to door to the Fitness Centre.

 

For safety reasons, guests must be at least 16 years of age to enter the Fitness Centre or use the equipment.

 

WARNING: Do not use the equipment if you are not already in a regular exercise program or have not recently been seen by a physician and received permission to engage in vigorous exercise. If at any time you are uncomfortable or in pain while working out – STOP EXERCISING IMMEDIATELY!

 

Pool & Outdoor Hot Tub

The pool and hot tub are located on the Main level. The facility is open from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM daily.

Fire Safety

The following information is provided for your safety in the event of a fire. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with it now.

Locations of fire exits are marked on the floor plan on the back of each guest room door.

 

IN THE EVENT OF FIRE:

  • If the fire alarm sounds, REMAIN CALM and follow the instructions on the back of your guest room door.
  • If you are ordered to evacuate your floor, take your room key and walk to the door. If there is any smoke in the room, drop to the floor and crawl to the door, as smoke and deadly gases rise.
  • Feel the door with the palm of your hand. If the door is not hot, open it slowly.
  • Check the hall. If there is no smoke or flame, exit the room, closing the door behind you. Stay close to the wall so you can count the doors.
  • Use the stairways. Walk down to the ground level.  If smoke is dense or fire is visible at lower levels, return to a higher floor where the air is clear and choose an alternate stairwell for your exit.

 

IF YOUR DOOR IS HOT OR SMOKE IS DENSE IN THE HALL:

  • Do not open the door. Stay in your room.
  • Seal the bottom of the door with wet towels and sheets. Fill the bathtub with water. If necessary, use a wastebasket or ice bucket to carry water to keep the towels and sheets around the door wet.
  • Let someone know you are in your room. Use the phone to call for help, and hang a blanket from your window to notify firefighters of your presence (but do not try to climb down it).
