Venue Policies

Box Office Hours:

Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM –  2:00 PM
Box Office is open 3 hours before show time on show days.

 

The Box Office is closed on holidays and hours may vary on show days.

 

  • All Sales Final – No exchanges or refunds, except in the following circumstances:

 

 

Cancelled Events:

If a show has been cancelled, you can receive a refund at the original point of purchase. Online purchasers will be notified and refunded via Ticketmaster. If you have tickets for a cancelled event that were purchased through the Box Office and have not yet received a refund, please come in during our new hours of operation for a full refund.

 

 

Postponed Events:

If an event is currently marked as Postponed with the new date unknown, refunds will be unavailable. Once a new date has been announced, a 30-day refund policy will start as of that announcement day, and fans will be notified via call or email. After this date refunds will no longer be permitted.

 

Should you choose to keep your tickets, they will be honoured for the new date (we do not need to exchange or swap them). Thank you for your understanding, we have greatly appreciated your patience since we’ve been closed! Should you have any questions, please email boxoffice@greyeagle.ca

 

 

Updated Refund Policy

Starting January 1, 2022, all refunds for tickets purchased through the Grey Eagle Box Office will be honoured for one (1) year starting on the day of the refund announcement. Beginning January 1, 2023, refunds for any show cancellation prior to January 1, 2022 will no longer be available.

 

 

General:

  • NO outside food & beverages
  • NO contraband (illegal drugs, etc)
  • NO detachable lens cameras
  • NO video camcorders
  • NO backpacks or oversized purses (All bags must be smaller than 8×10)
  • NO fighting (it is cause for immediate and potentially permanent removal)
  • NO E-Cigarettes
  • NO smoking
  • NO weapons, including legal knives

 

 

Ticket Purchasing Policy:

Please note to those purchasing tickets for upcoming shows:

The Grey Eagle Resort and Casino is not responsible for any tickets purchased from a 3rd party website & ticket re-seller. All tickets for the Event Centre shows should be purchased through greyeagleresortandcasino.ca and from our authorized ticket vendor from Ticketmaster.ca. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

 

 

Food and Beverage Policy:

No food or beverages (including coffee and bottled water) may be brought into the Grey Eagle Event Centre during events. This policy is strictly enforced.

 

 

Seating:

For seated shows, please enjoy the show from your assigned seat/row. Leaving your row to crowd the stage is not permitted and may obstruct another patron’s sightline. For the safety and enjoyment of other guests, The Grey Eagle Event Centre asks that you please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles must be kept clear at all times. For your convenience, we have ushers throughout the seating area who will be happy to seat you.

 

 

Special Needs:

We acknowledge the special needs of some of our guests. Guests requiring special needs should notify Ticketmaster of those needs when purchasing tickets. Our box office staff will make every effort to provide the best available seat appropriate for any specific need.

 

We have a team dedicated to ensuring our guests with special needs can attend Grey Eagle Event Centre events without worry. Our special assistance team is available at all events and can assist guests to their seats upon request. We pride ourselves on making our events available to any guest who wants to attend.

Smoking:

There is a strict No Smoking policy in the Grey Eagle Event Centre. Vapour and E-Cigs are also not allowed.

 

 

First Aid:

Our staff is trained to manage medical emergencies, treat minor injuries, and make appropriate decisions regarding activation of the 911 system. Guests should contact the nearest Grey Eagle Event Centre employee to activate our medical staff. There are Licensed EMTs on-site for some of the events in the Centre.

 

 

Emergency Evacuation:

In the unlikely event of an emergency, the Grey Eagle Event Centre guests should follow the directions of the trained event staff and proceed to the closest exit in a calm manner. Guests should check with the nearest event staff on arrival for the closest appropriate emergency exit.

 

 

Security:

The Grey Eagle Event Centre events staff is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Security measures are in place at all our events. The Grey Eagle Event Centre conducts a pat-down search and random bag checks at our public events.

 

Prohibited items will not be allowed inside the Grey Eagle Event Centre. Guests will have the opportunity to secure prohibited items in their vehicle prior to admittance. The Grey Eagle Event Centre reserves the right to eject any guest who violates another guest’s rights to a safe and enjoyable experience. Guests violating any laws will be referred to local law enforcement for prosecution. 

 

The following is a list of items prohibited from the Grey Eagle Event Centre:

  • Outside beverages including unopened bottles and cans
  • Chains and spiked jewellery
  • Weapons
  • Laser pointers
  • Illegal substances
  • Animals (service animals are allowed)
  • Beach balls and inflatables
  • Bullhorns and air horns
  • Backpacks
  • Signs with sticks
  • Confetti and Silly String

 

Individual events may have additional prohibited items. Please refer to the specific event link for a complete list.

 

 

Lost and Found:

The Grey Eagle Event Centre is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Guests should contact guest services in the casino.

 

 

Cameras/Video/Audio Equipment:

Professional photography and video/audio equipment are generally not permitted at the Grey Eagle Event Centre in order to comply with artist copyrights. Certain events allow limited use and guests are encouraged to check details on our event page on the day of the event for updates.

 

 

Alcohol:

It is a violation of Alberta’s liquor laws to bring alcoholic beverages inside the Grey Eagle Event Centre. Our event staff is committed to enforcing the liquor laws and alcoholic beverages brought inside the building will be confiscated.

 

Alcoholic beverages will be available through Grey Eagle Event Centre concessions for certain events. All guests, regardless of age, will be asked to show ID when purchasing alcoholic beverages. The Grey Eagle Event Centre staff reserves the right to deny admission and/or alcohol to anyone that is intoxicated or poses a hazard to public safety.

 

Providing alcohol to minors, and possession of alcohol by minors is a violation of Alberta’s liquor laws. Guests furnishing alcohol to minors and minors in possession of alcohol will be referred to local law enforcement for prosecution.
